Membership.Coach respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how Castle Mountain Limited, a Delaware Limited Partnership, which operates Membership.Coach (“Membership.Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit Membership.Coach, create an account, purchase a product, participate in our courses or programs, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

You may opt out of applicable marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP where supported or by contacting us.

You may request assistance by replying HELP where supported.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing Membership.Coach products or Services.

Opting out of marketing text messages does not necessarily prevent us from sending communications that are otherwise legally permitted or necessary to provide a Service you requested.

Membership.Coach and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, scripts, and similar technologies.

Membership.Coach currently uses or may use platforms such as HighLevel for course, membership, CRM, communication, or automation functionality; Zoom for live calls; and Vimeo or similar services for video hosting and delivery.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors.

Service providers may process personal information on our behalf or, in some circumstances, for their own purposes under their respective privacy policies.

9. How We Disclose Information

Service Providers

We may provide information to companies that perform services on our behalf where reasonably necessary to provide those services.

Business and Professional Advisors

Membership.Coach programs may include live group calls, Mastermind sessions, webinars, coaching sessions, or other interactive events.

  • Chat messages
  • Questions

  • Other contributions

Recordings may be made available to authorized members of the applicable Membership.Coach program.

We will not intentionally use your appearance, statement, or contribution as a public testimonial or advertisement without appropriate permission.

You can opt out of applicable SMS marketing by following the instructions included with the message, including replying STOP where supported.

Changing your marketing preferences will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional communications relating to purchases, billing, account access, security, subscriptions, or other Services you requested.

19. Children's Privacy

Membership.Coach is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent would be legally required.

Membership.Coach may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Membership.Coach is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
